Dedicated to supporting single mothers of children, adolescents, young adults and adults on the Autism Spectrum and other development and intellectual disabilities. Our simplistic Autism Spectrum Checklists printables promote structured learning environments, to help maintain daily essential routines for personal hygiene development and household chores. Single mothers can print out our Autism Spectrum Checklists as resources designed to enhance memorization and focus on uppercase alphabets.

Autism Spectrum Morning Checklist

Hi single mothers!

My name is Brenda Lee Gertman. I am the mother of two children born with disabilities, and I encourage and mentor single mothers of children, adolescents, young adults, and adults on the Autism Spectrum.

I created on the Autism Spectrum Morning Checklist to help Neurodivergent children, adolescents, young adults, and adults learn the importance of daily hygiene and self-care. I hope to provide a structured environment for the Neurodivergent community with on the Autism Spectrum Morning Checklist.

We know our children, adolescents, young adults, and adults on the Autism Spectrum thrive in structured environments. And they also need to learn life-skills. So, single mothers, if you are struggling in the mornings with your Neurodivergent children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with completing their basic chores of hygiene and self-care - THIS plain and simple on the Autism Spectrum Checklist is for you.

Tape the checklist on the bathroom wall or mirror and remind our Neurodivergent children, adolescents, young adults, and adults on the Autism Spectrum that each task must be completed in an orderly way.
